Delivery:

We have a range of trucks and vans to deliver door to door for you the props required for your event. The cost is $150.00 plus gst each way so for delivery and pick up the cost will be $300.00 plus gst. Included in the delivery charge of $300 is the truck, petrol, tolls and driver-the driver will deliver to loading dock.

If setup is required of equipment labour is charge at $75.00 plus gst per hour per staff member. With a minimum 3 hour charge.

Please note labour and transport costs will be quoted, however, additional charges will be incurred should delivery be held up by problems out of our control.

We ask when having a delivery made advise the dock master/security, book time on the dock for the delivery arrange for a lift to have a security key for larger deliveries.

Labour:

Our labour fees for delivery are $75.00 plus gst per hour and we charge a minimum of 3hr call.

Administration Fee:

Administration fee of $19.00 plus gst applies to all bookings.

Take for example one booking of a street lamp:

- The rental fee for the street lamp is $110.00. The street lamp enquiry is taken by a sales team member a proposal, a shopping list, is sent for a street theme, over a few weeks the items required reduce to one street lamp. Most bookings would have at least two proposals sent. Once confirmed, the hire is documented in our custom designed rental program, an invoice is sent to client and our accounts department to be processed paper work goes to logistics for preparation of the lamp. The lamp is sent to paint space workshop for painting, checking and electrical tagging. The lamp is then transported to a specified loading dock for release from our warehouse with delivery instruction and paper work prepared. On the appropriate day the lamp is loaded onto the truck and taken to the job.

The reason for this long winded story is to try to explain to our customers this is not an "off the shelf" business, the equipment is prepared and processed and often uniquely created for them. Our props change colour size and shape every week. Even a simple booking like one street lamp involves up to six staff members with paper work, crew, driver, artist and logistics.
